I had really great days staying at this good basic hotel. I got clean room with an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. Great location to everything Kinosaki-onsen has to offer made it easy to get to key attractions.

The stay in this onsen town was delightful and comfortable, with the location being a positive, despite being a bit secluded from the train station.

The location is good, to the station on the day we checked out. The twin room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle and fridges.

Spacious room with a nice design, plus it had handy stuff like a hair dryer, bidet, and big bath towels. Super convenient for exploring around 😊. really close to Mandara-yu for a relaxing time.

i loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. there was a spacious bathroom with hair dryers, a bidet and bath sheets. the folks were affable and exceptionally friendly. the service was good, totally satisfied. location: the hotel was very close to mandara-yu, kono-yu and goshono-yu onsen, and shops. ate at sumibikushiyaki fuji, it's relatively near the venue.

The staff here were super polite, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful! 🌟.

The rooms at Ryokan Tsuchiya have tatami flooring and it really adds to the traditional Japanese feel. As someone with physical handicaps, it was a nice change from the usual hard floors and it felt cozy and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the soundproofing in the twin room. As someone who values peace and quiet, I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms at times.

Thank you very much to everyone for a very enjoyable stay in an onsen town. the location was convenient and absolutely perfect, right next door to Kinosaki Onsen, shops, onsens, the cable car up the mountain. We quickly found great places to eat nearby.

The new building and rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style. The view from the window overlooking the street is perfect. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The location is fantastic, right next to Mandara-yu, Kono-yu, and Goshono-yu onsens, as well as the mountains. Additionally, it's conveniently close to the train station.

Arrived late, had to knock several times until they heard me. Cafe had quirky art. Luggage storage was handy, but a bit dusty. Wired internet was so slow it felt like dial-up. the massage was rough – I left with new knots!

Trying to get internet felt like stepping back to the 90s.

The place was fabulous, with bright rooms and pretty friendly staff. My room included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The food in the café was excellent.

Modern facilities, good size rooms, highest quality amenities, kind & responsive owners, free guidance available.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel had great facilities including a comfortable room and a nice hot spring bath. Additionally, the staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and good restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared.
